Fees for services

Private
If the patient has Extended Medical plans they can send their receipts in for reimbursement. The amount of reimbursement is dependent upon the individual's plan. Unfortunately OASIS cannot bill Extended Medical plans directly but office staff can help with the process to claim money back.

Abbotsford Clinic:
Initial Visit: $60
Subsequent Visit: $50

Langley Clinic:
Initial Visit: $65
Subsequent Visit: $55

Strength Test: $60 (Abbotsford Clinic Only)
One-on-One visit with Kinesiologist: $60 (Abbotsford Clinic Only)

ICBC
Patient User Fee (If approved by ICBC)

Abbotsford Clinic:
ICBC initial: $40
ICBC subsequent: $30
If you are getting 3 areas treated the sub fee is $35.00

Langley Clinic:
Initial Visit: $35
Subsequent Visit: $25

ICBC does pay a portion but the patient is responsible to pay the Patient User Fee upon each visit as long as the claim is accepted. If not, the Private fee will apply. If the claim is not approved by ICBC, the patient is responsible for covering treatments at the private fee.

WCB
No private charge as long as WCB approves the  claim. If claim is not approved the patient is responsible for covering treatments at the Private fee.

MSP

Abbotsford Clinic:
Patient User Fee: $20

Langley Clinic:
Patient User Fee: $20

MSP — If the patient has a combined household income of under $28,000.00 annually, MSP will pay for 10 visits a year, however there is a patient User Fee of $10.00 per visit. After the 10 visits are used up, the patient will be charged the Private Fee. The 10 visits covered by MSP includes chiropractic, massage therapy, podiatrist, acupuncture and physiotherapy; it is not 10 visits for each.
